Delhi University (DU) Assistant Registrar, Senior Assistant, Assistant Recruitment Notification 2025: Eligibility Criteria

1. Assistant Registrar (Post Code: ND1001)

  • Pay Level: 10

  • Essential Qualifications:
    i. Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
    ii. Appointment under direct recruitment will be through an All India open competition, which includes a written test and interview.

  • Age Limit: 40 years

2. Senior Assistant (Post Code: ND0601)

  • Pay Level: 06

  • Essential Qualifications:
    i. Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University/Institution.
    ii. Three years of experience as an Assistant or equivalent in Level 4.

    • The experience must be in Central/State Government, University, PSU, or other Central/State Autonomous Bodies, or a similar pay package in reputed private companies/corporate banks with a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 200 Crores or more.

  • Note:

    • Candidate should have proficiency in computer applications, noting, and drafting.

  • Age Limit: 35 years

3. Assistant (Post Code: ND0401)

  • Pay Level: 04

  • Essential Qualifications:
    i. A Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized Institute/University.
    ii. Two years of experience as a Junior Assistant/Equivalent posts in University/Research Establishments, Central/State Government, PSU/Autonomous Bodies, or a similar pay package in reputed private companies/corporate banks with an annual turnover of at least Rs. 200 Crores.
    iii. Speed in English Typing @ 35 wpm or Speed in Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm.

  • Note:

    • Candidate should have proficiency in computer operations.

Age Limit: 32 years.
