IGNCA Assistant Reprographer Notification 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• Essential Qualifications:
  (i) A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  (ii) A diploma/certificate in Reprography/Microphotography from a recognized institute.
  (iii) A minimum of two years of professional experience working with microform material in a reputed organization under the Central/State Government or Autonomous bodies as of the last date of application submission.

• Desirable Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of computer applications and digitization techniques in micrographics/reprographics.

Age Limit

• The age should not exceed 35 years.

• Any other age relaxation will be provided as per government rules for the specified categories.

IGNCA Assistant Reprographer Post Vacancy 2025: How to Apply

  The application must be submitted within 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News.

  The IGNCA reserves the right to reject any application on valid grounds.

• Final Decision:
  The decision of IGNCA regarding the selection of applicants for the skill test or personal interaction will be final and binding.

• Recruitment Type:
  Direct recruitment in the Pay Matrix Level – 6 (Rs. 35,400 – 1,12,400).

• Selection Process:

All eligible shortlisted candidates will be called for a Skill Test.
