NALCO Non-Executive Notification 2025 : Eligibility Criteria

  1. SUPT (JOT) – Laboratory:
    Candidates must have a B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry.

  2. SUPT (JOT) – Operator:
    Candidates must have 10th grade with ITI (NCVT/NCVET) certification in relevant trades such as Electronics Mechanic, Electrician, Fitter, etc.

  3. SUPT (JOT) – Fitter:
    Candidates must have 10th grade with ITI (NCVT/NCVET) certification in the Fitter trade.

  4. SUPT (JOT) – Electrical:
    Candidates must have 10th grade with ITI (NCVT/NCVET) certification in the Electrician trade.

  5. SUPT (JOT) – Instrumentation:
    Candidates must have 10th grade with ITI (NCVT/NCVET) certification in the Instrumentation/Instrument Mechanic trade.

  6. SUPT (JOT) – Geologist:
    Candidates must have a B.Sc. (Hons) in Geology.

  7. SUPT (JOT) – HEMM Operator:
    Candidates must have 10th grade with ITI certification in MMV/Diesel Mechanic trade, along with a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.

  8. SUPT (SOT) – Mining:
    Candidates must have a Diploma in Mining Engineering with a valid Mining Foreman Certificate issued by DGMS.

  9. SUPT (JOT) – Mining Mate:
    Candidates must have 10th grade with a valid Mining Mate Certificate issued by DGMS.

  10. SUPT (JOT) – Motor Mechanic:
    Candidates must have 10th grade with ITI (NCVT/NCVET) certification in the Motor Mechanic trade.

  11. Dresser-and-First Aider (W2 Grade):
    Candidates must have 10th grade with 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience and a valid First Aid Certificate.

  12. Laboratory Technician Gr. III (PO Grade):
    Candidates must have 10th/12th grade with a Diploma in Laboratory Technician and 1 year of relevant experience.

  13. Nurse Gr. III (PO Grade):
    Candidates must have 10th/12th grade with General Nursing and Midwifery or a B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration, and 1 year of relevant experience.

  14. Pharmacist Gr. III (PO Grade):
    Candidates must have 10th/12th grade with a Diploma in Pharmacy, registered under the Pharmacy Council Act, and 2 years of relevant experience.

Age Limit

NALCO Non-Executive Post Vacancy 2025: How to Apply

1. Online Application Process:

  • Navigate to the “Career” section.

  • Click on “Career NALCO SUPT/Paramedical Recruitment 2024-25”.

2. Registration:

Before applying, candidates must first register themselves on the NALCO website as per the provided instructions. Ensure that you complete the registration process and retain your login details for future reference.

3. Final Submission and Printout:

After completing the online application form and uploading the required documents, candidates should take a printout of the final, submitted application. This printout should be kept for future reference.

4. No Need to Submit Hard Copies:

Candidates are not required to send the printout of their online application or any documents to NALCO by post or hand. However, if shortlisted for document verification, candidates must submit the self-attested printout of the online application, the uploaded documents, and the admit card along with originals in support of their eligibility. Only the documents uploaded during the online application process will be considered during verification.

5. Documents to be Uploaded:

During the application process, candidates must upload the following self-attested documents:

  • Proof of Date of Birth: Birth certificate issued by statutory authorities or Class X pass & marks certificate.

  • Caste/Tribe Certificate: For SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates as applicable, in the prescribed format issued by the Competent Authority (Govt. of India).

  • Disability Certificate: In the prescribed format issued by the Competent Authority (if applicable).

  • Ex-servicemen Eligibility Proof: For Ex-servicemen candidates, along with declarations as per the latest Government guidelines.

  • Valid Employment Exchange Registration Card.

  • Qualification Certificates: All certificates and testimonials related to your educational qualifications (refer to Table A for details).

  • Experience Certificate (if applicable): Issued on the letterhead of the organization in the prescribed format, along with the offer of appointment and last pay slip.
