Essential Qualifications

  • Matriculation or Equivalent: Must have passed Matriculation or an equivalent examination.

  • Experience: At least five years of experience in running a catering organization independently. This experience can be from civil services, Defense Services, or any other similar organization.

  • Ability to Maintain Mess Accounts: Must be capable of handling and maintaining mess accounts effectively.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Catering Diploma/Degree: A Diploma or Degree in catering from a recognized institution is desirable.

JCO or Equivalent: A Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) or equivalent rank with experience in the catering trade, or more than 5 years of catering experience, is preferred.
